A budget that only counts expenses already paid makes you think there is still room. MaCompta Pro adds what is already scheduled, so the amount shown as available is one you can actually base decisions on.

Available = planned − spent − committed. Committed means expenses already decided or scheduled: they have not been invoiced yet, but they are already earmarked on the line.
